So you received a confirmation email from Expert Institute, now what? The conference call will automatically populate on your Google Calendar with the necessary information. To guarantee attendance, please accept the calendar invite and add the conference call to your personal calendar.
Zoom Call
To join a conference call via Zoom, click the link provided in the confirmation email or calendar invite. Enter your information and you will be transferred into the conference call. Please check that your audio and camera are working properly. If you are experiencing issues with your audio, try clicking the arrow located on the mute button and select the option to run a diagnostic on your speaker and microphone.
Phone Call
To join a conference call via phone, dial the number provided in the confirmation email or calendar invite. You will then be prompted to enter the meeting ID which is also provided in the confirmation email or calendar invite. You will then be transferred into the conference call.
Direct Connect
To join a conference call via direct connection, you may choose either of the above options. You will receive an email the morning of and 30 minutes prior to the call with the Zoom link and dial-in information.
