Conflict Check

In order to move forward with the opportunity, we need to make sure that you are not in conflict with any of the parties involved in the engagement. A conflict of interest generally includes any personal relationship with an opposing party or lawyer in the case. If you would be willing to testify against the opposing party if the case goes to trial, we would not consider you to be conflicted.

Conflicted? No problem! This will end the feedback process for this particular engagement. We will continue searching for consulting opportunities on your behalf.
