We urge both our clients and experts to make every effort to respect scheduled conference call times, but we understand emergencies arise. When requesting to reschedule, we encourage a 24-hour notice with the exception of unforeseen circumstances.
Reschedule Through an EI Representative
Inform your EI representative that you need to reschedule the call and provide your availability. We will then relay the information to the attorney and coordinate a new time.
Reschedule Through The Expert iQ Portal
Once a conference call has been scheduled through the Expert iQ Portal, the “Schedule Conference Call” button will be replaced with “Reschedule Conference Call”. Ensure that you have input new availability. The attorney will be notified and prompted to select a new time.
