We always suggest scheduling a phone consultation with your preferred expert to discuss preliminary questions and determine if they are a good fit for your case.
Click the Schedule A Call button on the expert’s response card to request a conference call with the expert. Add time slots in which you are available to speak with the expert, and click Confirm Call Request to notify our research team and the expert.
Once the expert has selected a call time, you’ll be notified with a calendar invitation containing the conference call details.
If the expert is unavailable during your proposed call times, they will then have the opportunity to suggest their own availability.
We urge both our clients and experts to make every effort to respect scheduled conference call times, but we understand emergencies arise. Once a conference call has been scheduled, the call can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
If you need to reschedule your expert conference call, please do so with as much advance notice as possible!
