Now that you have spoken to the attorney, what’s next? After you complete the initial conversation with an attorney, the Expert Institute team will handle the next steps. EI will follow up with the attorney to determine how they would like to proceed. In most cases, the attorney will likely want to retain your services following the initial conversation. If they do want to do so, Expert Institute will connect the attorney to you directly.
On some occasions, the attorney will not be ready to determine whether they would like to retain your services immediately following the call. As such, it may take some time for the attorney to make the final decision regarding retention. These decisions are often correlated with how the case proceeds. We ask that you are patient in working with your EI team and trust that we will notify you as soon as our attorney-client provides an update.
