- Upcoming Calls – Review your upcoming conference calls.
- Retained Experts – Quick access to your recently retained experts.
Use the Search iQ function in the top left to quickly locate any Engagement!
The User Account Menu contains:
- Your Profile – Update your email address, password, and contact information. Also, manage your email alerts for Expert Radar.
- Conference Call Availability – Update your calendar for seamless conference call scheduling with experts.
- User Management – Invite new users at the firm to register for Expert iQ.
- Account Activity – Download Engagement usage reports for any custom date range.
- Resources – Access the Expert iQ Knowledge Base or submit a help request.
