The User Management page displays all users that are associated with the firm.
Users that have registered with Expert iQ are displayed with the tag Activated. Users who have not yet registered for Expert iQ are displayed with the tag Activation Pending. At any time, an administrative user can click the Invite User button. This will send an email to the user with an activation link.
Administrative users can perform the following actions on the Account Management page:
- Invite users at the firm to join Expert iQ by clicking the Invite User button.
- Toggle a user’s role between Administrator and Member by clicking the Role dropdown.
- Deactivate a user who is no longer with the firm, and should not have access to Expert iQ by toggling the switch in the Active column.
Administrative users have access to submit cases on behalf of another user and view submissions made by all users at the firm.
Member users may only view their case submissions or cases in which they have been added as a Case Collaborator.
