Use the status filters to view your Medical Record Reviews organized by the stage of the medical record review:
- Action Required – Medical Record Reviews that require your action to progress to the next step.
- Drafts – Medical Record Reviews that have not yet been formally submitted to our research team.
- In Progress – Your Medical Record Review is under review with our medical team. There is no action required at this time.
- Call Scheduled – A conference call with one of our physicians has been scheduled.
- Additional Info Requested – Our team requires more information to complete the case request. The information requested will be shown in a banner at the top of the engagement.
- Completed – Medical Record Reviews that are completed and have been assigned a positive, borderline, or negative opinion.
