Case summaries intentionally give limited information and are solely meant to provide you with enough context to determine if the case may be within your expertise. We request some preliminary thoughts to share with the client as they review your qualifications, but understand that any options would require a formal review of the case material.
Your feedback will be screened and submitted to the attorney for review. If the attorney is interested in potentially retaining you to review the records, you may be contacted to set up an introductory conference call with the attorney to decide if it is a mutual fit to work together on the engagement.
